A SALERNO oggi 1° Marzo 2017
Oggi alle 16 è stato convocato il Tavolo di raffreddamento presso la Prefettura di Salerno, a seguito dello STATO DI AGITAZIONE indetto dalla USB e F.I.S.I. in merito al solito problema di “MANCATA CORRESPONSIONE DEGLI STIPENDI AI LAVORATORI” della SILBA s.p.a..
Dopo l’introduzione da parte della USB Confederale sono intervenuti al Tavolo il rappresentante aziendale USB con altri Lavoratori, con il supporto dei numerosi Lavoratori ai quali, come da richiesta, è stata data facoltà di assistere da parte del delegato del Prefetto.
L’intervento della USB Confederale è stato incentrato soprattutto sulla scandalosa situazione in cui dei Lavoratori che svolgono un “servizio pubblico”, ampiamente remunerato dagli Enti Pubblici a seguito di accreditamento, debbano subire delle ingiustizie così palesi ed in netto contrasto con la Costituzione, senza considerare che l’accreditamento delle Strutture di SILBA s.p.a., devono necessariamente rientrare nell’ambito delle norme che prevedono, in caso di mancato trattamento connesso al “servizio pubblico” svolto dai Lavoratori, il pagamento degli stessi da parte degli Enti, con diritto di rivalsa sulle somme corrisposte all’azienda INADEMPIENTE nell’ambito dell’accreditamento (esistono numerose sentenze in tal senso).
Infatti, questi lavoratori, pur svolgendo puntualmente il loro difficile lavoro, già di attenzione della Stampa Nazionale, oggi si trovano nuovamente a dover rivendicare ciò che gli spetta che, se negato, prefigura violazioni di legge gravissime. Il rappresentante Confederale di USB ha chiesto che venisse inviato un documento della riunione anche al Ministero competente, visto che a livello locale “non ci sentono”.
Per tutta risposta, la SILBA s.p.a., rappresentata dall’Amministratore Di Giura, ha iniziato un lungo “sermone” con vari “piagnistei” sulla carenza delle rimesse dai Comuni dal lontano 2012 e fino al settembre 2016, esprimendosi sulle giuste rivendicazioni dei Lavoratori ed esprimendo preoccupazione sui pericoli che corrono in alcuni casi nel manifestare, diciamo noi, “il proprio sdegno”, arrampicandosi su impalcature e facendo anche gesti clamorosi (che necessiterebbero di più “attenzione” da parte delle Istituzioni, che non fanno molto per ripristinare la legalità).
Dall’altro lato, in maniera che definiremmo “pilatesca”, l’Avv. Ramunni della A.S.L., ha sostenuto l’impossibilità nell’accreditamento di sostituire l’A.S.L. al datore di Lavoro INADEMPIENTE con recupero delle somme. Egli ha, inoltre, precisato che l’A.S.L. è al corrente nei pagamenti.
Viste le dichiarazioni sia del rappresentante SILBA che del rappresentante A.S.L., la delegazione della USB presente al Tavolo, ha dichiarato che, atteso l’esito negativo del conflitto, continua lo STATO DI AGITAZIONE e saranno valutate tutte le possibilità di protesta, ivi compreso uno SCIOPERO con il coinvolgimento della Stampa Nazionale.
