Qualche giorno fa ad un nostro compagno è stata notificata una denuncia per fatti relativi all’occupazione della propria scuola avvenuta in quest’autunno a Cava de’Tirreni.
Vengono contestati reati gravi che ci fanno pensare a quanto sia stato forte il segnale politico che magistratura e polizia abbiano voluto dare con un atto del genere.
Mai, a nostra memoria, nella città di Cava de’Tirreni si era assistiti ad una repressione così forte come accade in questo periodo ai danni di ragazzi che hanno la sola colpa di esprimere la propria opinione.
Mentre l’opinione pubblica s’indigna per i fatti di Parigi rivendicando la sacrosanta libertà d’espressione, si rischia di non vedere ciò che accade a pochi passi da casa propria.
All’istituto in questione, infatti, un’occupazione che aveva riscontrato il consenso dell’unanimità della componente studentesca e di buona parte dei docenti e dei genitori degli studenti, che è stata apprezzata e sostenuta da tantissime persone che hanno potuto apprezzare la capacità dei ragazzi di organizzarsi, proporre forme di didattica alternativa, riparare con le proprie mani e con il proprio lavoro alcune parti dell’edificio cadenti, mettere su laboratori di formazione politica e approfondimenti su temi di attualità, era stata attentata da un vero e proprio blitz di un ingente numero di forze dell’ordine che, già durante quei giorni, aveva provato ad alzare la tensione contaminando un clima si serenità e di costruttivo confronto che fino a quel momento aveva caratterizzato la protesta.
Il fatto che le rivendicazioni di un gruppo di ragazzi della nostra città stiano acquisendo sempre più forza, con la lotta per porre rimedio alle disastrose condizioni dei nostri istituti scolastici, per chiedere un sostegno reale contro il caro-libri, per una maggiore possibilità di usufruire della biblioteca comunale (lotta in parte già vinta), per un regolare svolgimento di corsi di recupero per cui “non ci sono mai i soldi”, per dire “basta” a tirocini e stage di mesi e mesi di lavoro gratuito effettuati soprattutto da istituti tecnici e professionali presso aziende private, inizia a dare fastidio a qualcuno che ha deciso di spazzare via ogni forma di dissenso.
Se dei ragazzi hanno il coraggio e la forza di chiedere di vivere una vita migliore, in questo paese devono essere criminalizzati e poi denunciati con un vero e proprio sopruso assolutamente fuori da ogni logica che tenda ad emarginarli con la speranza forse che gli altri “capiscano la lezione”, sappiano che la lezione l’abbiamo capita.
Ora siamo ancora più forti, ancora più decisi, ancora più compatti. L’atto di forza bruta compiuto nei confronti del nostro compagno è un atto vergognoso che prova ad intimorire chi ha il coraggio di alzare la testa, ci sentiamo tutti colpiti e tutti parte di un grande muro a cui hanno provato a scalfire solo un piccolo mattone.
