Occhio non vede, cuore non duole
La relazione fra la cupola nera che governa Roma e lo sciopero del 12 dicembre di Susanna Camusso
12 dicembre, anniversario della strage impunita di Piazza Fontana
L’operazione “mondo di mezzo” che ha scoperchiato la fogna di intrighi, malavita, affari che regola da anni l’amministrazione di Roma è la manifestazione di quella guerra per bande in cui la classe dominante è avviluppata. Tutto il clamore attorno a intercettazioni, atti, relazioni che emergono dall’inchiesta è il clamore di chi non voleva vedere, faceva finta di non vedere che la “mafia-capitale” è un sistema che regola il governo delle città e, in definitiva, di tutto del paese.
Chi ancora non vede, o fa finta di non vedere, che non è una questione di PdL o PD, fa in un modo o nell’altro, consapevolmente o meno, il gioco di questa o quella fazione della classe dominante. E in particolare del Vaticano: nessun mezzo di “informazione”, nessun giornalista d’inchiesta, nessun esponente politico di livello nazionale, nessun mezzo di comunicazione e formazione dell’opinione pubblica chiama in causa il Vaticano, benché proprio lì, a Roma, “non si muove foglia che il Vaticano non voglia”.
La questione è una e una sola: che siano “eminenze grigie” o “volti pubblici”, politicanti o faccendieri, portaborse o funzionari, amministratori o ragionieri… il più sano ha la rogna. La questione è che siamo di fronte non a un ramo marcio del sistema, siamo di fronte alla rappresentazione del sistema economico, politico, amministrativo che è così, marcio.
Fra chi non vede o non vuole vedere, c’è Susanna Camusso.
Sbrigato efficacemente il nodo di rinviare lo sciopero dopo il voto del Senato sul Job’s Act, adesso la parte craxiana della CGIL si adopera per prepararlo, di concerto con la UIL (esemplare l’invocazione a Renzi del neo Segretario Barbagallo: ci dia un motivo per ritirarlo), al modo di stanco e inutile rituale. L’inutilità del rituale non sta nelle modalità e neppure nella data, sta tutto nel non voler vedere e nel non voler far vedere il nesso stretto fraquesto sciopero generale e quanto lo “scandalo” di mafia-capitale dice del Paese.
Non serve a niente chiedere al governo di ritirare il Job’s Act (anche se, per la verità, non è ancora approvato e comunque ogni legge può essere abrogata). La Camusso lo sa. Questo sciopero ha altri compiti, altro ruolo, altra funzione. E’ lo sciopero che chiama a mobilitarsi le masse popolari contro la fogna a cielo aperto che è il governo del paese, ad ogni livello. E’ lo sciopero che chiama i lavoratori di ogni categoria e ogni settore sociale a mobilitarsi per cacciare il governo Renzi – Berlusconi.
La Camusso può anche fare finta di niente “occhio non vede, cuore non duole”, le centinaia di migliaia di lavoratori che scenderanno nelle strade e nelle piazze no. Loro non possono fare finta di niente: il Ministro Poletti che cenava con la cupola di Roma, il governo Renzi – Berlusconi, i neofascisti sul libro paga dei Servizi Segreti, i presidenti di cooperative, i funzionari che regolano il traffico delle case popolari, i padroni che chiudono e delocalizzano le aziende, i palazzinari, i macellai della scuola pubblica e i parassiti sulla sanità, i cardinali e la Corte pontificia… sono tutti su un carro, litigiosi e ingordi per chi deve spartirsi la fetta di torta più grossa, ma sono tutti sullo stesso carro. Quel carro va rovesciato.
Per questo ben oltre le liturgie sindacali, lo sciopero del 12 dicembre, che già è stato imposto ai nipotini di Craxi che dirigono la CGIL grazie alla mobilitazione degli operai nelle settimane passate, deve essere valorizzato, conquistato, diretto dal protagonismo di chi per vivere deve lavorare.
E’ l’ora di scendere nelle strade, usare tutte le magagne, i litigi, le incertezze della classe dominante (di cui i vertici della CGIL fanno parte, beninteso) per rendere ingovernabile il paese, dal basso, e costruire, dal basso, una nuova governabilità.
Cambiare il corso delle cose è possibile. Sono i lavoratori organizzati e il resto delle masse popolari che lo possono fare con un loro governo d’emergenza che rimedi da subito almeno agli effetti più gravi della crisi con misure d’emergenza.
La chiave di volta della situazione è avere un progetto, un piano d’azione che inquadra le diverse e a volte contrastanti rivendicazioni e aspirazioni delle masse popolari in un obiettivo che le rende compatibili e realistiche. Realistiche, perché la loro realizzazione non dipende da quello che faranno o non faranno Renzi, Bergoglio, Napolitano, Squinzi, Marchionne o chi per essi, cioè da chi non ha nessun interesse a realizzarle, ma dai lavoratori e dal resto delle masse popolari organizzate che, invece, di realizzarle hanno tutto l’interesse.
Da dove iniziare? Costituire organizzazioni operaie nelle aziende private e organizzazioni popolari nelle aziende (ancora) pubbliche che si occupino sistematicamente della salvaguardia delle aziende prevenendo le manovre padronali per ridurle, chiuderle o delocalizzarle, studiando in collegamento con esperti affidabili quale è il futuro migliore per l’azienda, quali beni e servizi può produrre che siano necessari alla popolazione del paese o agli scambi con altri paesi, predisporre in tempo le cose. Questo è oggi il primo passo: lo chiamiamo “occupare l’azienda”.
Stabilire collegamenti con organismi operai e popolari di altre aziende, mobilitare e organizzare le masse popolari, i disoccupati e i precari della zona circostante a svolgere i compiti che le istituzioni lasciano cadere (creare lavoro e in generale risolvere i problemi della vita delle masse popolari), a gestire direttamente parti crescenti della vita sociale, a distribuire nella maniera più organizzata di cui sono capaci i beni e i servizi di cui la crisi priva la parte più oppressa della popolazione, a non accettare le imposizioni dei decreti governativi e a violare le regole e le direttive delle autorità. E’ il contrario che restare chiusi in azienda ed è il passo decisivo: lo chiamiamo “uscire dall’azienda”.
Le organizzazioni degli operai e degli altri lavoratori che “occupano le aziende ed escono dalle aziende” sono la premessa, la base, per costituire un governo d’emergenza popolare e farlo ingoiare ai padroni. Non importa in quanti si è all’inizio in un’azienda. Non importa quante sono le aziende in cui si inizia. Altri seguiranno, perché ogni attacco dei padroni dimostrerà che chi ha iniziato ha ragione. Il Partito dei CARC sostiene, supporta e organizza ogni operaio e ogni lavoratore che si mette su questa strada, che decide di prendere in mano il proprio futuro!
