Questa mattina si è svolto il primo incontro presso, l’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Tirreno Centrale tra una delegazione del coordinamento nazionale USB Porti insieme al rappresentante legale di USB Salerno e il Presidente dell’Autorità di Sistema, il Segretario Generale e il dirigente Responsabile del settore sicurezza dello Scalo Campano. All’esterno della sede presente una nutrita delegazione di lavoratori portuali in presidio. L’incontro era stato richiesta dalla nostra Organizzazione Sindacale a seguito del susseguirsi di numerosi casi di autoproduzione nel porto di Salerno nelle ultime settimane. Casi documentati dai lavoratori e prontamente segnalati alla AdSP in tempo reale. Nonostante la Legge lo vieti espressamente, nel porto di Salerno alcune operazioni portuali vengono invece svolte da personale di bordo. Personale che non può svolgere tali operazioni (anche da contratto nazionale di settore) e che non è assolutamente né tenuto né formato a tale scopo. Un risparmio importante da parte degli armatori e un danno evidente per i lavoratori portuali e per il territorio stesso. Oltre ovviamente all’aumento dei rischi di infortunio e malattie professionali. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dell’Autorità di Sistema ad affrontare tale problematica con estrema determinazione partendo dal fatto che, all’interno del porto di Salerno, non esiste alcuna autorizzazione all’autoproduzione e che quindi tale pratica, ampiamente documentata, viene portata avanti illegalmente dagli armatori. Perciò, come Unione Sindacale di Base continueremo nel lavoro di monitoraggio e segnalazione di ogni caso evidenziato dai lavoratori stessi coinvolgendo anche la Capitaneria di Porto. Ci auguriamo che sia la stessa Compagnia Portuale “Flavio Gioia” che di fatto è il primo soggetto direttamente colpito da questa situazione, a denunciare ed intervenire con decisione per porre fine una volta per tutte a questa pratica illegale. A tal fine il coordinamento USB porti invierà una nota specifica anche all’ANCIP (Associazione Nazionale Compagnie, Imprese Portuali) affinché anch’essa possa eventualmente adoperarsi in questo senso. Non possono esistere zone grigie né a Salerno né in qualsiasi altro porto di Italia. Prossimo appuntamento per i portuali USB Sarà l’adesione e la partecipazione allo sciopero generale nazionale previsto per il 26 maggio. Abbassate le armi, alzate i salari! |
