Il comitato “giù le mani dal porticciolo” informa che oggi, venerdì 10 maggio, sono stati effettuati gli ultimi atti della presentazione del ricorso straordinario al Presidente della Repubblica, nella figura del Consiglio di stato, contro la costruzione del nuovo porto “Marina di Pastena”.
I motivi principali alla base del ricorso sono la mancanza di conformità urbanistica del progetto, la mancanza della Vas (valutazione ambientale strategica) ed il mancato rispetto del vincolo paesaggistico. Tra i documenti allegati è presentata una lettera di sostegno di Italia Nostra e un migliaio di firme convalidate raccolte dal comitato in questi mesi.
Siamo convinti che per una riqualificazione dell’area (che auspichiamo e che anzi chiediamo attivamente) non occorrono opere così invasive, inquinanti e devastanti. Proprio per dimostrare questo stiamo pensando e preparando un bando universitario per un progetto vero di riqualifica che sia compatibile con le peculiarità di quel posto e cercheremo di stimolare la creatività di architetti giovani o con idee brillanti ed innovative,e che, al contempo, sappiano tener presente qual’è la natura del borgo marinaro,rispettandola e non modificandola.
Ciò che più di tutto ci preme è far rinascere quel posto pieno di potenzialità e proprio in quest’ottica (oltre che nell’ottica di lotta) stiamo organizzando numerosi eventi e iniziative a partire dalla ricostruzione del muro, poi una mostra dedicata al pittore salernitano Aniello Torretta , durante la quale verrà dipinto in diretta da diversi artisti il murale precedentemente dipinto dallo stesso Torretta, il secondo evento della serie “uniti per il porticciolo” e dopo il rap della scorsa edizione,questa volta toccherà ad artisti reggae, la manifestazione “porticciolo senza frontiere” della durata di qualche giorno dedicata al divertimento, ai giochi e alla condivisione, rivolto soprattutto ai bambini
In più cogliamo l’occasione per ringraziare tutte le realtà salernitane che continuano a darci una mano nella resistenza e nell’organizzazione e che sempre di più si stanno interessando a questa lotta.
