Il Documento di economia e finanza 2014 presentato dal governo Renzi prevede il mantenimento del blocco dei contratti nel Pubblico Impiego fino al 2020, con la sola vacanza contrattuale per il triennio 2018-2020.
“Una follia – dichiara Luigi Romagnoli, dell’Esecutivo nazionale USB Pubblico Impiego – i contratti sono ormai fermi dal dicembre del 2009 e i lavoratori pubblici hanno abbondantemente pagato il costo della crisi”.
“Mentre promette di tagliare gli sprechi e l’evasione, Renzi non aggredisce la corruzione e nei fatti continua ad accanirsi sui lavoratori pubblici – sottolinea il dirigente USB – che dall’inizio del blocco contrattuale non hanno percepito una massa salariale media pari ad almeno 7.500 euro complessivi lordi. Inoltre le spending review ed il blocco del turn over hanno prodotto la perdita di oltre 350 mila posti di lavoro”.
“Gli 80 euro promessi da Renzi a dieci milioni di lavoratori dipendenti in funzione delle elezioni europee – incalza Romagnoli – saranno in parte finanziati dal mancato rinnovo dei contratti del pubblico impiego, almeno 2,3 miliardi in un anno, mentre l’effetto dell’incremento stipendiale sarà immediatamente assorbito dall’aumento della tassazione locale, delle tariffe, del costo dei servizi”.
“Dietro l’atteggiamento spavaldo di chi dice che farà cambiare passo all’Italia e all’Europa, c’è un Presidente del Consiglio che esegue a puntino gli ordini della Troika, continuando a massacrare lo Stato sociale e ad impoverire i lavoratori pubblici”.
“Il 14 aprile proporremo al Coordinamento nazionale della USB Pubblico Impiego lo sciopero generale della categoria – conclude Romagnoli – perché il rinnovo del contratto è un diritto e la questione salariale è diventata seria anche nel lavoro pubblico. La ripresa economica del Paese non può che passare per la restituzione alle retribuzioni di un maggiore potere d’acquisto”
