DOPO LO SCIOPERO GENERALE DI TUTTE LE CATEGORIE
USB PROCLAMA LO SCIOPERO DEI METALMECCANICI
PER L’INTERA GIORNATA DEL 9 MARZO
Dopo lo sciopero generale di tutte le categorie indetto lo scorso 27 gennaio, che ha visto una grande partecipazione di tutti i lavoratori pubblici e privati, l’Unione Sindacale di Base Lavoro Privato chiama i metalmeccanici a scioperare per l’intera giornata di venerdì 9 marzo.
Anche gli ultimi atti del governo Monti confermano quanto questo sia distante dai lavoratori e come voglia approfittare della crisi per cancellare le residue tutele del mondo del lavoro, sopravvissute al furore antioperaio di Berlusconi e dell’ex ministro Sacconi.
Dopo gli interventi recessivi, che continuano a saccheggiare i redditi dei lavoratori dipendenti agendo profondamente nel tessuto sociale ed economico, ed i ripetuti peggioramenti del sistema pensionistico, è la volta dell’articolo 18 dello Statuto dei Lavoratori e di cassa integrazione e mobilità. In ambedue i casi si tratta di tutele fondamentali per i lavoratori, che per giunta non hanno costi per lo Stato. E’ quindi assolutamente falso che con l’eliminazione di questi due istituti si libereranno risorse economiche per allargare a tutti gli ammortizzatori sociali, come è ugualmente falso che la colpa della crisi occupazionale sia da attribuire all’art.18.
L’attacco a questi strumenti di difesa dei lavoratori dalle rappresaglie padronali e dalle crisi aziendali rende del tutto evidente che il filo conduttore della pseudo trattativa sugli ammortizzatori sociali non verte su reali questioni economiche, non vuole estenderli a chi ne è privo, ma è finalizzata a sbaragliare le ultime tutele del mondo del lavoro.
L’accordo scellerato del 28 giugno tra Cgil Cisl Uil e Confindustria, il nuovo contratto del gruppo Fiat imposto da Marchionne e accettato dai sindacati complici, stanno inoltre dando i loro frutti avvelenati a tutti i metalmeccanici, come si riscontra delle deroghe peggiorative nella contrattazione di primo livello in numerose aziende.
Contro il governo Monti, per un altro modello di sviluppo, l’USB chiama dunque allo sciopero tutti i lavoratori metalmeccanici.
