Solidarietà agli operatori sociali e mobilitazione permanente verso lo sciopero contro la precarietà del 15 Ottobre.
Piena solidarietà a Maria Nocerino, Gianni Manzo e Sergio D’angelo colpiti in questi giorni da un decreto penale di condanna in seguito al ciclo di iniziative che nei mesi scorsi videro contrapposti Operatori Sociali e Cooperative del terzo settore agli enti locali nella vertenza per il pagamento degli stipendi arretrati e contro i tagli di tremonti al fondo nazionale delle politiche sociali, recepiti e messi a bilancio dalla Regione campania.
L’insostenibilità della situazione, relativa a ritardi fino ad oltre un anno e con prospettive di licenziamenti e chiusura di tanti progetti e servizi socio assistenziali, unita alla sordità delle istituzioni costrinsero migliaia di lavoratori, per lo più già precari a settimane di mobilitazioni per rivendicare il pagamento del lavoro già svolto e lo stanziamento di fondi per la copertura dei progetti.
Piuttosto che criminalizzare gli operatori sociali, tra l’altro utilizzando desueti strumenti giudiziari del periodo fascista, compito delle istituzioni dovrebbe essere l’impegno a superare la precarietà nel terzo settore attraverso un serio investimento nelle poltiche sociali e la stabilizzazione dei servizi.
Continueremo ad essere al fianco degli operatori sociali e di tutti gli altri soggetti che si autorganizzano per difendere lavoro e diritti, convinti che di fronte alla crisi che ci rende tutti ancora più precari sia indispensabile unire le lotte contro i tagli e contro la precarietà e mettere al centro un’obbiettivo comune, quello del diritto ad un reddito dignitoso e indipendentemente dal lavoro per tutti e tutte.
In questa direzione invitiamo tutti i lavoratori, a partire da quelli precari alla mobilitazione permanente verso lo sciopero contro la precarietà del prossimo 15 Ottobre.
