Ieri è stato bellissimo poter intervistare i tanti artisti che hanno prestato voce e musica per la realizzazione del Concerto per il Kurdistan.
Daniele Sepe, Francesco Di Bella, Maldestro, Maurizio Capone, Roberto Colella (La Maschera), Dario Sansone (Foja), Tony Borlotti e i suoi Flauers, Piervito Grisu’, Bif hanno regalato uno spettacolo stupendo, coinvolgendo il pubblico e riportandoci alla mente le parole di Emma Goldman:
” Se non posso ballare, allora non è la mia rivoluzione!”
Il Kurdistan rappresenta un’anomalia in un’area geopolitica stretta tra la morsa dell’Isis e della Turchia. Il popolo curdo è stato capace di realizzare un modello,definito Confederalismo Democratico, che mira a generare democrazia e fraternità, pace e libertà, non solo tra i curdi e non solo in Kurdistan, ma tra tutti i popoli in tutto il Medio Oriente.
Questo sistema di autogoverno mira a rendere tutti i membri della comunità politicamente attivi a livello di base e a dare loro maggiore “potere”. Il potere alle istituzioni democratiche deriva infatti dalle assemblee formate da tutte le persone.
La Turchia sempre più teocratica di Erdogan sta in ogni modo cercando di reprimere questa realtà, che ha lottato e pagato con giovani vite per fermare l’avanzata dell’Isis
